3. Orders & Payment Security
An order is only considered accepted once you receive a formal confirmation email from Lumior. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in description, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. Payment must be made in full through our secure payment gateways (Credit Card, PayPal, or specialized luxury financing) before production or shipping commences.
4. Intellectual Property
The "Lumior" name, logo, and all jewelry designs, photographs, and text on this website are the exclusive property of Lumior Jewelry. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our designs or brand assets is strictly prohibited and will be met with legal action to protect our intellectual property and brand integrity.
5. Bespoke & Custom Orders
Custom-made or engraved pieces are created specifically for the client. Due to their unique nature, these items are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all specifications (such as ring sizes or engraving text) are correct at the time of order.
6. Premium Shipping & Insurance
Given the high value of our collections, Lumior provides fully insured, premium shipping on all orders. A signature is always required upon receipt. Once the package is delivered and signed for, the risk of loss passes to the customer.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lumior Jewelry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.
8. Governing Law
